Confidentiality

The attorney-client privilege allows a client to tell her attorney the entire story.  Attorneys then are bound to keep that information in confidence (with some limited exceptions).

Don’t be afraid to give your attorney the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Attorneys don’t mind bad news.

We do mind surprise bad news …
